Houston we have a problem

Because of technical issues, I could not update the editorial content or scrolling text and headline stories for posting early this morning. Hopefully by midday the problem will be fixed.
We will have live local coverage, including community reaction and analysis of the Pennsylvania primary.

Once the additional databases are installed -- business and entertainment feeders, new archiving system, digital community calendars and a rotating advertising banner installed, as well a readers forum and newsletter icon added --we will be able to post items more readily and provide fresher content more frequently.

As most of you have been following the development of NSBNEWS.net since our launch a week ago today know, this is one journalist working hard to make his dream a reality. I am overjoyed with the reader response -- more than 5,600 hits since the launch. Thank you...

Later today, I'll have an update on the pending sale of the Daytona Beach News-Journal and the finacial woes of the News-Journal Center, including a possible bailout by the publicly-funded Daytona Beach Community College. You'll be shocked by the asking price to take over the big money loser by the river.

Plus, we'll have the latest on the Edgewater contract vote for city employees who wanted raises of 3 to 6 percent.
