Silence is the worst weapon to use in a generation where voices need to be heard. When we have the conversation about politics, it is more than just bickering. Politics impacts people’s lives and the decisions made could destroy the little hope a person may otherwise have in this world.
Therefore, this is why your voice is so crucial in politics.
Your voice alone could be that stance that another person needs to keep that hope alive. If you think about it, it is so easy to conform, but so hard to stand alone.
Politics need different voices, new perspectives, unique dialogue to expand learning. Those words that come out of your mouth could spark a movement, could invigorate citizens, and captivate others to listen.

I didn’t say having a voice in politics would be easy. For having this voice and exercising it could be one of the hardest obstacles you may encounter in your life.
People will attempt to tear you down, mock you, and discredit your voice into nothingness. But the only thing that could keep you strong is knowing that you are not doing this just for you, but for others too. That voice being expressed is being done out of courage that one day, you will witness the changes. That every day you wake up, you see, you witness, and you feed off that, to keep speaking. That voice you possess could mold you into the next leader in the world that goes beyond themselves to achieve the inevitable.
Don’t waste that voice. Try not to let fear, doubt, or conformity, dictate what you do with that voice. The world needs your voice in politics because that voice could be the future leader we need in this world.
