Media outlet's 7th anniversary: Politicians' message focused on death threats & name calling rather than praise

EDGEWATER, Fla. -- I have to say that I am extremely disappointed that the seventh anniversary of HeadlineSurfer.com (April 7, 2008), promoted in social media (Facebook & Twitter) seems to have gone unnoticed by the politicians elected to serve us.

PALATKA, Fla. – Gov. Rick Scott announced the appointment of Lois “Darlene” Laibl-Crowe of Palatka and two other Florida citizens on Wednesday to the Florida Coordinating Council for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing.

So, it is only fitting that Frank Bruno has been chosen as the very first inductee of the Class of 2015 HeadlineSurfer.com Hall of Fame. When all is said and done, there will be 100 entrants in the inaugural class. 

Most of the inductees are individuals, though more than several inductees are comprised of groups of indivuals, or as entities such as a company or a longstanging tourism event or special cause.
