MONTPELIER, Vt. -- I'm not going to defend (Bill) O'Reilly because there's evidence he's out of control where ladies are concerned.
But the whole matter does allow me to celebrate growing up in the 1980s—being in kindergarten in the early 1980s—where you could chase gals at recess and even get a kiss in the coat room without being served legal papers.
