Trump signs $1.3 trillion budget, including largest amount ever for military

YouTube download / AP video / President Donald Trump said he signed a $1.3 trillion spending measure Friday, just hours after saying he was considering a veto. He said he's disappointed in the bill, but the "incredible" gains for the military outweighed the idea of a veto.
