NEW SMYRNA BEACH -- A 61-year-old motorcyclist was killed last night and his passenger critically injured in a collision with a Jeep, New Smyrna Beach police said.
The loggerhead sea turtle is an oceanic turtle found throughout the world, including the Sunshine State. DAYTONA BEACH -- Police are on the look-out for a white four-door vehicle in a that struck three pedestrians -- killing one of them -- while they were standing in the median in the 900 block of Ridgewood Avenue this afternoon.
The deadly hit-and-run occurred at 4:49 p.m. The vehicle was described as possibly a Buick or Nissan and should have a broken window as a result of striking the person killed.
