DELAND, Fla. On Friday evening, deputies arrested Giovanni Bubenik, 29, on a charge of attempted first-degree murder after having struck the victim in the back of the head and digging a grave for him in the woods, a Volusia sheriff's spokesman said.

The talks are part of the push by US President Donald Trump to end the conflict, now in its fourth year. They are expected to focus on the technical aspect of a "partial and limited ceasefire for 30 days."
